I had to log in to share this stupid mistake...somehow my donut confirmation got turned off (happens if you get tap happy, and inadvertently hit the 'don't show again' button in the confirmation windo...

so go get it, Homer has to be stationary. Mypad quest works and tap him 10 times; giggle indicates you are doing it. I got it at Level 33 in Krustyland while he was at the ringtoss
