I think you may have done the first task which was a 4 hour. This task used all 3. The second task also uses all 3 for 4 hours but does not pay 80.

All depends what you want. Each can earn 80 intel or they earn cash and xp.. Your decision.

The 80 intel won't change? I probably won't be doing their questline until the event is over.

As long as keep sending them to the HQ all three will gain 80 intel each.
