Actually, that would be the price of a third hut. (I think that was my picture). :)

For each one, it is an additional 10% of the base price
Base= 300/50/50
Second hut is 330/55/55
Third is 360/60/60
Fourth is 390/65/65

The 10% is always based on the original (base) ... Not on the "new" higher price of the previous tier.

Now if they'd give me something to craft with all my gummi bears ... :)
