"Things EA customer service say"
Everything that's in their script, and in that order only.
Things EA customer don't do:
*read the ticket to see if I've included the information they've asked for (device info, game ID info, whether troubleshooting has been performed, etc.).
*read the ticket to see if the issue is actually something that could be programming-related, not just on my device & fixable by "turning it off & on again".
*ACTUALLY READING THE TICKET!!- Thank you. Please come again.

Yes, the game specialist informed me that she had run out of Maude, and She was needed to be taken out and that is why the update was pushed. I asked how they could run out of a pixelated character and was told that they are always limited time, these characters and items on the store were always limited. I said some are permanent, but that this limited time character was supposed to be around for about five more hours. Siddhartha, Offered me 20 donuts but no answer. I declined the donuts. I hope to laugh at this later, I'm still bummed I waited until after the update to purchase Maude who I'd wanted for over a year. But I am hoping others might find humor here and share their stories that I can laugh at. :lol:- My favourite is that I should post my problem on the forum, that will ensure that it receives a "priority response"!

Oh yeah, sorry, meant to get back to you on this earlier.
Force close, unplug your router, replug your router, then uninstall and reinstall.
That should be the doing of the fix in which you were needed.
If that isn't of the answer, to be posting your results at www.forum.ea.com for an expert withing the priority response. I have escalated this issue to the team which informs me that they are already aware and working fix on it.
You,re ticket number is 8675309. Please to refer to this number if the issue is not respondant to in 3-4 weeks.
