It took me about 20 friends to get used to this new feature. I instinctly kept on tapping the friend-menu button. :(

Did anyone mention we also didn't have to wait 24hrs/spend donuts on a task this time before we could get started on the fun stuff?

That's a great change for this update and worth mentioning IMO.

I know you need to wait 24hrs or spend donuts for a wheel spin but given what you can win I think that's justifiable.

Well this explains why so many of my neighbors have been visiting. Unfortunately I still don't have the update! My icon changed but that's it. Impatient. :roll:

I'm so impressed by the new features. They're good. Just last day I thought how annoying it is to lose a character...

I wonder how easy/difficult it will be to get all the event gifts.

Oh, yes. And I love how the character finder disappears when all your characters are on task. :D

If you are really having trouble finding someone, and are not putting the other characters on tasks, simply keep clicking the button. You will cycle through the available characters until you eventually get to the missing one. Still useful.

So annoying having to do that,though. I'd prefer it if a drop down menu appeared showing all the characters after pressing the icon.

This sounds impractical to me. Too many characters to have a drop-down fit in such a small space.
