This is what we are all talking about 10 dollars for a character that doesn't work is BS!

I think Jasper is great. He's got a lot of cool outdoor tasks and he talks (ea must be listening). I'd rather have just purchased him for 60 donuts but you can't have everything. I don't get where you think he's bug but I haven't put him on all the tasks yet.
