Personally I'd prefer they held off a few more days. I'm nearly done with Level 49 in my primary game, and valiantly trying to finish up to Level 49 on my secondary game (Level 47, grinding for cash to buy the Quimby Compound).
I started playing at the end of Clash of Clones and it's pretty much been constant events since I started. And trying to advance through the game's regular quests AND keep up with the event quests is a strain. Add to that the lack of regular Daily Play Combos with no chances to win the premium content like Sqeaky Voiced Teen because I'm getting aliens, elves, and bells instead...
Oh, and having whatever little cash I've managed to save up be slurped up by buildings required for the events (Toy Workshop) isn't helping either.
