Yearbook Mystery Box costs 30 donuts per chance. Store -> usually the middle panel of the main page, if not then Store -> Yellow Arrow -> Homer Budha panel -> second item. You can't mistake it, it looks like a school yearbook with Jebediah Springfield on it.

Treehouse of Horror XXXI Mystery Box Tokens cost 60 for one, or 240 for 5 (48 each).
The Yearbook stuff will always be there and always cost 30 donuts per chance. So you can ignore that stuff if you want to buy the items listed in the Treehouse of Horror XXXI category (the panel in the store with the demon).
If you want everything from the Treehouse of Horror XXXI Mystery Box you should go ahead and buy the stuff that's available from the Yearbook first because it's cheaper that way.
Of course all this is a moot point if you can't afford it. I've already spent over 1500 donuts in this event and I haven't bought everything I'm going to get. No, I'm not rich, I KEM farm and make donuts all day long. This is my first THOH where I can actually get everything I want and I'm all giddy with excitement.
