I had an EA rep pull him right out of there but it was a rep right at EA, I was not transferred. We've all come to realize as of late there are various EA techs and some are sub contracted? My advice would be to use the above link (link inside post) put in for a call back during regular business hours California time. I had a hard time understanding the out sourced person's heavy accent, they were however very nice, but told me 24-48 hours when I know if fact it can be yanked right out. Not mad, I just have junk trapped in storage not as bad as losing donuts, but thinking you'd do better talking to someone directly at EA. And again good luck all!!!!!
