Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

Went on line and they reinstated my donuts. :D They initially said I made purchases by accident. I let them know I hd my confirm donut spend option checked. They "consulted" with their team and decided I was correct.

To answer the question; no I did not move anything into storage exit the game to visit friends or travel to KL. Not sure why it happened but obviously glad it was resolved quickly.

glad you got it fixed so quick, but wow, it's still happening? I'v never lost a donut through this glitch, the only thing I have not done is move anything from SH to SF, but I have done the reverse, SF to SH.

I was missing 20 donuts, don't know when it happened so not sure if it was to do with moving buildings or not. I contacted EA through live chat & was told they would be credited back to my account. After a week still had nothing so contacted again & was told the same. Another week later was about to contact again but got an email to say that 30 donuts had been credited & my case closed. Hope everyone effected manages to get the same result.

Contacted Customer Service this morning and got my 50 missing donuts credited without a problem.

If you're still waiting, now seems to be the time to call/chat.
