How about Cesar and Ugolin (I'm sure I've spelled at least one of those wrong) the two French "winemakers" from the exchange student episode?
Mrs. Butz? Bleeding Gums Murphy? the one guy that's always some kind of repairman that gouges Homer for whatever repairs need done (anyone know his name?)
probably a long shot, but I'd love to see an event centering around Hullabalooza... had some of my favorite lines, like Peter Frampton telling Sonic Youth to get out of his cooler
