I'm not sure if this was explained but I see radioactive man and the guy who is like I die but come back at the end of the credits with hearts and it looks like they can be apart of it as fighters to choose. But when can you appoint them to fight.

Is there a certain point or is there a option in a setting somewhere I don't see. I just wiped out my first villains and upgraded homer. So I have krusty fallout boy and Homer.


A step by step would be appreciated.
