To buy or not to buy, that is your question
If you're asking for advice, id guess there's not much you want. For me, I spend donuts on things I NEED. So maybe wait till something you can't resist catches your eye.

For someone who only has Sherri and Terri from that list my choices would be:
1. Hungry Hun
2. Apu's Apartment
3. Lotto and Liquor
I only buy donuts occasionally so I'm frugal with them. Right now I'm waiting for some deals to come up even if I have to wait till Black Friday! Lol. I did buy the street sweeper and museum of swordfish which set me back 100 donuts but I always wait to spend for something I really want or because it's a deal I can't pass up.
So even tho I couldn't give you an opinion on what to buy from personal experience of already having them...I at least gave you my personal preference..
