When I contacted them about a different issue, one mentioned restoring my town from an backup. Since you know the last time your town was good, maybe they'll do that for you. That would get back everything you lost, and back in the right spot.
The first thing I noticed is that my Tire Fire is gone, haven't did much digging other than that. I just read a comment on another post and though "I didn't see that on mine" and sure enough, it was gone. I did an email and told them about when it happened and when the last time I personally knew it was legit. Thanks for your response!
