- Sorry!! Unfortunately there are some real Male organs(word changed for the G ratings) out there. Probably someone who has nothing in their town and freaks out and gets jealous. We have seen these people even here. Threads started about seeing things in towns and accusations of hacking. These sorry excuses for human beings think they are helping the world by destroying what they perceive to be wrong. Good luck and I hope you get it all back :)

Unacceptable. - I think that there are people experiencing this that aren't reporting it to EA which could be why it hasn't been fixed yet

I also think there are other people that are experiencing it, but don't know because the people that enter their town do the right thing and log out. These would never be reported, because the person doesn't know.meinaz wrote:

Yea there are but I think that even some who do aren't reporting it- I'm pretty sure that whenever you get the "this account has been logged in from a different device" it is because of this glitch. It has happened to me several times thankfully nobody touched anything.
I tried contacting EA telling them about the logged in from a different device error. I told them that i only have one device (my iphone) that can play TSTO and that I've never used any other device before to log in to my account or my origin account.
The EA customer service just said it was due to bad connection basically but I'm sure the error message comes up whenever a stranger gets access to your account through this glitch. - Sorry to hear that someone messed up your Town.. its every Tappers Nightmare
I haven't had the "his account has been logged in from a different device" message since the Update
so i thought they fixed it. Maybe not enough people wrote to support about it because most players
are decent and dont change anything when logged into a wrong town.
Anyway, i hold back on buying a Boatload of Donut as i originally planned because of this mess :/

Another less commonly used avenue is the EA Answer HQ. I'm going to start recommending that people experiencing a loss of items or donuts, report to this thread.

Seriously let EA know that this is happening from every avenue you can. Even if I had just one thing out of place or missing, that is exactly what I would do.
