Transferring a town -how?

Tell someone else your username and password. Only way I can think of.
Edit...it's actually your email instead of username. Don't know if someone would want to give that out unless they no longer use it. Although it doesn't actually matter if the email works; cause my son's town is registered to my old email. And it is no longer valid.
