Translation into czech language

Hello,



my name is Jacob and I'm from Slovakia. I contacted you on your support where I heard that I can write my suggest here. I'm playing The Simpsons Tapped Out daily and I'm big fan of this game and serial as well as many people from Czech and Slovak republic. I think that this game deserves more languages in game because you have also a lot of child fans who don't speak or don't understand english. This is the reason why I consider that this game should have more languages. I know that you voted for Czech rep. that czech dabing is the best dabing for serial The Simpsons. I'm speaking in czech daily so I would like if I could help you with translating this game (ofc if you are interested about my offer). Thats all from my side, I would like if I could help you to make this real. Thanks. Standard smile

    Still comes back to what everyone is echoing- They say that to get you to go away. It's the ditch of "I give up, or I'm not helping with this"
    I do tech support, I would get fired for this approach- but good on you EA
    I have yet to see anyone get an ANSWER on the forum from a TECH, NOT a Forum Member- which is who will answer if you post here.
    They tell you EA watches the forums- 5 years later, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT they watch it in ANY way, especially for issues... When they tell you report it on the forum, insist you practically live here- and they will keep trying on their end, if you agree to report it here- your support from them has ended.

    We need to create a unified forum front with them when reporting issues- PUSH BACK when they say tell the Forum, You KNOW that won't help, so don't let them shove you off without resolution...

    Again, long tech support life, this is so frustrating to see such poor customer service from EA CONSTANTLY through the years.....
