Thought the same as you as new buildings usually get atleast one use, guess that they just couldn't be bothered or think up some smart named task/words for it so gave it a miss.

They usually do that if it's got some kind of animation and don't think that it's even got that, just a 12hr (I think) collection cycle.

Edit : My mistake there actually is an animation although quite small.

So, is it worth even bothering to use currency for it?
