That was what I was guessing. I have completed two of the four hour tasks.

Each time you finish the 4 hour quest that lisa has to call turkeys, a turkey will show up in your town.
You need to tap it and it will accumulate your turkey counter. You need to catch 10 turkeys as part
of the 10x call turkey quests that lisa has. You cant complete the quest and move onto the next
part until you have caught all 10 of them.

If you find a friend's town with a turkey walking around you can tap it--leave/reenter and tap again-Much like SP tiles --I tapped 6 turkeys this way--Doesn't adversely affect your friend.
And doesn't count against your 3 actions in the town.

but you're still hungr... i mean u still need to do the 10 4h task with lisa to finish the quest
