Tyre Torch
I like it. I also like that you can put it out by tapping it and also relight it. Wish it was a little bigger though.

- My tire torch is on fire although I didn't unlock that animation (price #4?) yet... Glitch? Nothing happens when I tap it.

The torch is lit because that's part of the quest, Springfield Games Pt. 4 - Homer lights the Cauldron, and once you've finished that and get the fourth prize you get the ability to tap the torch on and off.
