Same issue here too! Got the fever cabin in my inventory and placed it but no character, very annoying! :-(

Having the exact same problem. Just came to the forum to ask if anyone had a solution for this that didn't involve contacting EA. The last time I had a problem I ended up emailing back and forth with them for a couple of months and still didn't get my issue resolved so can't see the point of doing that again. Missing Zutroy and one elf. Had lots of problems with the tunnel opening. If anyone has a solution that doesn't involve spending Christmas emailing EA in frustration, I'd be very grateful to hear it.

Are we supposed to get Zutroy right away?

How many elves should there be when you've completed all the tunnels?

Same thing has happened to me!!! I stayed up till 1am to finish the task and nothing!!!!!I am missing the character and an elf. I know this as my fianc? has the new character, the building and 25 elves!!.... UGH!!!

I have zutroy and today's elf, but I am pretty sure I missed two elves in earlier tunnel quest completions. There seems to be a glitch in the completion of the tunnels, so you may not get prompted to collect the elf, and therfore not earn the elf (and apparently potentially Zutroy as well).

Same problem here, no Zutroy, no last elf. Don't know if I had the presents but I've got enough of those anyway. Went on app support. Live chat was taking ages and I was getting further and further back in the queue so I came out. Now I can't connect to the server. Urgh, I'm really not sure I can be bothered. How disappointing.

Yeah, I know :( I was one of the people who didn't get elfs for tunnel 10 and 11 (I think - I can't remember anymore) and now it happened again. They said they won't fix the elf issue and there's still no sign of Zutroy yet even though my town has synchronized a few times :?

Very annoying, been missing elves for awhile which is bad enough, but now I am not even getting zutroy. How could ea have such a big glitch for so long?

It's weird, normally they update glitches pretty quickly. It's also weird, this is the first time in the year and a half I've been playing that I've ever had a glitch (positive or negative). I've never experienced issues in the past like others have so I guess it was only a matter of time before it happened to me too.

Contact EA.....well well

I tried to contact them, first at my country help site...."Our customers service is avaiable from Monday-Saturday from 9am-8pm"

ok...i thought to myselve contact US EA...."We're sorry our customers service is not avaiable at this time"

Don't have problem here i have got Zutroy right after i finish last tunnel(also cabin)and i have 26 Elves)
