UGH FINAL PRIZE CHARACTER GLITCH

I got Zutroy right away but only ended up with 24 elves.

I chatted with EA support guy this morning, about Zutroy missing after completing Santa tasks, and he told me that they are aware of the issue, and that they are working on it.

I hope they fix this soon.

Yes. One of my towns got him and the other one didn't. The glitch happens if your tunnel doesn't award you immediately upon completion of the task and you received Fever Cabin by reloading your town.

That's what happened in my two towns too... :(

Edit: And I have 25 elves in each, although I should have at least 26 (the first 4 + 19 for the tunnels + at least 3 for the daily bonus with 19 days).

That's true! I contacted EA, I won't be getting my elf (oh well) but they said Zutroy should appear within 24 hours. Unfortunately, after I closed my chat I realised I can't connect to the server. I'm gonna give it some time tho. If I can't connect in a few hours I'll have to contact them again.

I contacted them via their chat service because I live in Australia. It said waiting time was approx 35 minutes but it took more like 25 (altho at one point it said 45 minutes and then quickly jumped back down to 15).

same here, I'll wait those 24 hours, and contact them if I don't get the character.
The elf is only a minor annoyance, since I only lack 1200 gifts for the last item.

I just had a chat with one very friendly EA employee. She tried three times to add Zutroy to my game, unsuccessfully unfortunately. She said she would escalate my case to the specialist team, who will contact me asap. Well, let's see...

I'm missing Zutroy as well, also some Elves, I have 24, the same as before getting the last prize.

For the people missing Zutroy, this is probably a dumb question but it never hurts to double check anyway: is he in your inventory? Probably right at the end, since that's where characters normally go.

That's the first thing I checked, and he wasn't there. I also just checked with my Brother, he does have Zutroy, and 27 Elves.
