1. I don't want to go searching for everything. I don't have unlimited battery (seriously I play the game for 15 minutes after a full charge and I get the 20% remaining message. When this message appears, you get BOOTED out of the neighbor's town and back to your own. So then you have to go all the way back to finish). If I can tap it, I'll take it. You want your "high priced buildings" to get clicked on? Move them to the center of your town when visitors first appear.
2. I don't always have time to examine towns, as the friend list continues to grow, I want to make sure to visit each one to collect & help. I don't have hours to be studying everyone's towns.
C. (intentional) Oftentimes I visit the town and there's nothing left to click on. So stop logging in every 1-4 hours and collecting everything. I can only see your town once a day, so when my time is up to visit, I'm not going to prolong my income potential on friend income because you are logging in and taking all the good stuff before I arrive.
