Unhelpful help from "friends"

I try to be a good neighborino. I vandalize, tap high-earning buildings, refresh wilted crops, and spend time looking around. It makes me a little bit sad to pop into my town after 8-12 hours and find all of my cheap buildings tapped but very few others. It seems improbable that ALL of my friends visited me within 5 minutes of me loggin off for the night and therefore only had the cheap stuff available to tap. My game will go hours and hours without my (centrally located) public buildings being vandalized.

I think the friends who were only visiting my Springfield to snag hearts are probably the ones who might not know the best ways to help their neighbors.
