I've been Frink'd a few times as well, and it seems to me it only started since the last update (1/14/14).
At the same time, I've noticed that not all graffitti says "El Barto" anymore ... I can't take screenshots (don't know how on my Android fone), but in addition to the non-El Barto graffitti I've also seen graffitti in GREEN rather than red paint!
Anybody else get green graffitti?
