It doesn't seem to work with items that were/are sold in the store. For example, the wailing wall once sold for 50 donuts, so whenever I try to do this, it asks "if I really want to spend 50 donuts". So I think this only works with items that were gifts/craftables/prizes that were never offered in the store. Any ideas as to what premium items (items with % multiplier?) may satisfy that?

Worked fine on my iPad Air 2. And even easier:
- no need to wait, pressing the standby switch or closing the Smart Cover (if you have one) works too.
- no need to scroll to the end, but you do need to scroll back and forth a little because the currently visible items weren't changed right away.

Since I can't take advantage of this glitch I'll just make a list of items ye might want multiples of:
Multiplier items
SH buildings
Squidport tiles
Ornate pier tiles
monorail pieces
Rose bushes
Any unique items that you like
Debris

you can also use this to get extra SH buildings!

Thanks for testing out everyone really bummed to hear the premium items or any item that used donuts don't work :(

So funny, as I'm nearing the max item limit, i can't think of anything i want to do this with.

But cool find. We'll see how long before they eliminate it.
