It was most likely just a disconnect between your device and the server that caused it to re-download stuff it already had, it happens occasionally ;)

My game is currently downloading the update.
I cant confirm that it does nothing as it is still downloading

I'm getting a 191.9MP one.

It will be an App Store Update followed by an in-game update.....

Unless it's an update EXTENDING Haloween ......

Just got it too, the game kept crashing so I turned off wi-fi and the update came through. Didn't seem to change anything tho.

when major events have ended i don't think that we had to do an app store update.
