UPDATE on the Apple Store

Found it on iTunes on the computer, but not through the app store on my iPod. Downloading now.

Ok I turned my phone off and on then got it

its in the app store on my phone

Confirmed, downloading it now. Just in time for lunch :P

You have to forgive some of the members. There have been hundreds of fake "Update is Here" threads in the history of this forum. Some are more skeptical than others. Thanks for the head up on the update.
