not sure but am passing. think this is an old item I've passed on before. The new character comes with 5% bonus for 150 - I picked up that.

SIB from addicts suggests to pass on Tom. Animated when tapped, doesn't leave cage, no character interaction. Basically if you love the look of it is only reason to buy.
