Valet parking glitch
Have you tried to force a synchronize? Go to a friend, or KL or close the game and reopen?

I don't have that problem, but my buildings keep turning into Deluxe Condos when I store them. I have 15 now. :( Which I guess is fine since I like how they look. I think it only happens if I store them at Level 1, so I'm now leveling them up before I store them. I'm not going to buy any more until I have somewhere to put them though. I don't know how its effected my real estate values.
