you've misread the description. it says "perhaps a villain with way less hair". It's clearly referring to Sideshow Bob and the event that just ended, and not what's coming.
But from the post by LPNintendo a few posts above yours it quotes as:
"Springfield's Terwilliger troubles are over, but what's next on the horizon?" ....
