Seems like false advertising if you ask me. I don't think it was ever animated and we didn't get to see it flying in the breeze even once. :(

Awww, I love Canada even though I've never been there... Since I live in New Hampshire, it's not even far away. One of these days I would love to visit Nova Scotia or Quebec.

I'm surprised there didn't have a small side quest for it to begin with. Usually they have at least a one task quest with new buildings. Hopefully they add a task for it later on.
