Visit from a Deleted Neighbor

Are you sure that you deleted them? If you only made them invisible they can still visit.
On android devices the in game deletion of friends does not work: you have to delete them in origin.

I have a number of 'hidden' neighbors, whose towns don't show up but they can visit me. This one, I know I actually deleted, because they went inactive for over a month, and they were hidden first. Deleting them as neighbors should prevent them from visiting you. It certainly should not delete them as friends from Origin though.

The way to delete neighbors is to unfriend them on origin, though.
Also, it totally works on android devices, and has for a few months now. There wasn't an option for awhile, but that got fixed.

I've had that happen a few times. After I've deleted someone for being a lousy neighbour, their name sometimes still appears for a couple days when I click on certain buildings.

Add it to the laundry list of glitches in this game.
