Visiting friends crashing

I deleted all of mine and now it seems to be ok. Trying to add friends again now. Please add me!

I am having the same issue and it started about two days ago. HELP!!

I have stopped the game from running in the background, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, logged out of Origin and logged back in and I have rebooted my ipad and I still get the connection issue.

I took your advice. Now I just have to re-add my friends.

i had that problem twice..and the only way to fix it each time was to delete friends...keep deleting to the point that it allows u to see all ur friends again and at least go to the "other springfield" ...i had 70 friends and now am down to 17 =(

Instructions to delete friends:
when you reload, it gives you an option to log out, you'll have to log out then log back in..when u log back in..ur able to view ur friends..choose a friend..go to their profile, and click the + tab ..it'll give you the option to remove the friend..repeat process for several friends..then exit and go to your springfield..then click on bart and milhouse to see if it will allow you to visit ur friends..if not..u'll have to repeat the process of logging out then logging back in, then deleting more friends
