Yes the boardwalk tile. If you want to get tiles faster all you have to do is purchase one, and don't collect the first handshake. You collect the second, the third etc. They will accumulate. The advantage of this, is you get lots of xp, your neighbors get also lots of xp, and you can have tiles without buying more.
