I just recently learned that handshakes can stack on crops and the TV station as well as the Squidport tiles. So, I try to click those when I find them. (And I don't clear them in my own town if I can avoid it.) As long as you leave one handshake uncleared, more neighbors can keep clicking there and each click earns you the full money and XP (or tile), over and over!
