A system like this is good and bad. Good for those who use it the intended way and bad for those who don't. Any system that allows one players to transfer an item or currency to another will without a doubt be exploited by "gold seller" companies to sell items/currency for real money. People are more likely to do that than install a hacked version from a shady source. Which means it would be a bigger problem than the hacked versions are to EA.
