I don't think so. I was wondering the same! :shock: I wouldn't mind having a level 1 condo as they look cool! :-)

I'm not sure if this has been asked already, the thread is so long, I didn't read all pages.
I can't go on, because there is only 20 storage for smartphones, and I need 25 to upgrade the building with the flats. It says I shall extend the storage, but it doesn't say how. I get new characters only if I extend the building, so what to do???? :?: :cry:

build another (like 9 ;) ) condos, or stock up on some decorations to raise your RE rating, that way you can unlock new characters for tasks, and every character raises the storage capacity^^

I think new characters have jobs at the smartphone building once you reach a certain real estate level (and when a new character gets a job it increases storage for the building)

(I'm waiting for the final condos and seeing where that puts me real estate value wise (it's 200k per condo, there are 9 condos currently being built so I should add 1.8 million (which unlocks the job for someone at 3.8 million) - I basically just sat at my game until I had enough chairs to build the condos, unlock the yoga studio, unlock the institute of technology and got Grampa and Milhouse working (around2.8 million I think)

The problem with this update tho is that it eats your device battery so fast cos youre just sitting there waiting to tap for items and cant really do anything else!

Watch a movie and collect your items to upgrade your condos to unlock new characters to collect more items to buy more land lololol

Keep building other buildings and your value will increase. Condo's are probably the best imo as they're only 15 chairs and chairs are so easy to get.

The only thing I hate about the smartphones is that it costs chairs and coffee cups to produce! So annoying.
