Well that's annoying
Lard Lad Donuts is a premium building so will only take 6 seconds. All non premium buildings take time to build regardless of how you get them.

This seems like an oversight: if I have gotten something for free, by accumulating fp, or by winning it in a mystery box, it would be nice for it to be available automatically.
