How or how long does it take for eggs to hatch in my town
It happens instantly, when you tap them. I think you have to be in baton mode to do it, and to get baton mode you need to complete Homer and Lisa's 24 hr task first.- 2c5d0b4f40a94810New Spectator

When you initiate Lisa's task, it sends you to a Psuedo Friends' Menu. The number under your friend's name appears to be the number of snakes they have collected (although the number is delayed and not 100% accurate). When you initiate Lisa's task, it doesn't generate new snakes. Rather, it removes snakes from your friend's inventory, and makes them available for you to whack in their town upon re-entry. So, you can tap more snakes upon re-entry to your friend's town, but at the expense of the snakes your friend has already collected. If you do this to a "real friend," be sure to leave plenty of eggs to compensate for the snake's you have already removed from their inventory. That's why it's best to do this to Other Springfield, since we don't care about their snake inventory. (Your friend may be able to collect those "released" snakes and recoup the lost snakes, but this is still unclear.)
Is there a way to note this briefly in the walkthrough (this thread's OP and the main one)? People are more likely to see it there. Of course not everyone reads that, but I'd be happy with fewer people "releasing" (whatever that means) my snakes. I'm also glad to know this so that I don't take snakes away from my friends! - Am I missing something?
I've completed the tasks and can whack snakes in my own town, however when I go to my friends towns I can see snakes and eggs but not whack them :-S

I had time to make a nicer version; it's on the main Building Guide & Walkthrough and Lissa will copy it over when she gets a chance.NStanger91 wrote:

Have you got the License yet? (400 snakes) That starts the ability to whack snakes in other towns. You can never collect eggs in other towns, but you should be able to drop them.Simpsons00001 wrote:

I'm going to fix this! I have to get to the laptop, hard to do on the iPad. Give me a bit.
I'm never going to get to the license at this rate with people stealing my snakes.- Thank you for posting the guide. :D
Yesterday I saw eggs in other towns and weird "null" stuff listed in character tasks, still locked, but otherwise no clue, til now. I sent Homer & Lisa on the 24 hr yesterday. Also sent Ned, a few hrs later, hoping that wouldnt screw up the process; he was the only other snake related task that wasnt locked, also 24 hr.
Will soon see. Logging on now.
And yes, sorry, I am replying before I read the whole thread. 8) - SLH and the zombies are evil!
I see that stupid tail and think it's a snake....but...no...it's a dog.
Then I had snakes hiding amongst the zombies, almost missed them till they went flying out of there. Now I keep thinking there are snakes in there.
Evil, I tell you! lissarv68 wrote:
My other SF, every time I go to accept a request? I get "server down" but it still lets me accept them. Then I check the list and it puts them under something called "friends not playing TSTO" (or something like that)....what the? I don't understand, there are 18 people on that list!
This just happened to me. It was an Android player.
Even though it says they are a "friend not playing TSTO", they still show up in the towns list. I had no problem visiting their town.- Note that the original post has a typo.
Under "Whacking Day Prizes" it should say that you need 150 snakes for the first prize, not 50 that is listed. ubnashubnash wrote:

The original post is a quote from Simpsons00001 and he made it fast. He's since made some changes so I have to go in and update it, I haven't gotten to it yet but will soon.
Thank you for pointing it out (in case it's not in his update).
