What are you buying with leftover currency?

I now have one of each thing and wondering what to buy more of. Does anyone know if any items will have a multiplier after the event?
Currently thinking more canal houses.
What are you stocking up on?

    I'm calming down on collecting so much unnecessary junk.
    Edit: This is what I usually do. I buy many multiples of things and then they sit in my inventory,

    I could do with another gondola - it would've been cool to have an on/off gondolier.

    FYI, if you place the gondolas just so, you can hide the front and make it look like a canoe for your camping area.
