What Changed with the July 21st-September 24th Updates? (Updated)

Looks like the glitch that allowed multiple buildings to be vandalized in a friend's town has been removed.

In the table for Money Mountain labeled "Shovel Money onto Mountain" I'm reading that level 7 has a 2 hr task to put $100,000 onto the mountain. But in my game, and in another person on the forum's game, this is a 6 hr task.

There are other entries in this table that do not match my game at earlier levels.

Did this change again? Am I reading the table wrong?

I realize that at certain levels there are multiple tasks in Burns menu to put money onto the mountain, and that they have different times and amounts. But what's in my game is not matching this table.

I am still on the Monorail event if that matters.

Nothing as of yet. I'm playing the waiting game as well.

It's actually more stable for me. No more having to force quit the app every time to get it to start. I don't think it freezes anymore when I finish a bunch of those short SH or recycling center jobs.
