What Changed With the Stonecutters Black Market Sale Update?
Stonecutters skins aren't all premium, the Stonecutters Lodge is now premium and any tasks set there pay out premium.

What else is on the list of "the rest of them" than the six jobs I described? I checked all my Stonecutters and didn't see any others that are not at the premium rate.
