Yeah, there doesn't seem to be a prize track. It's just a questline. The only new stuff to be had is the Senor DingDong items for a total of 180 donuts.

This update (I won't call it a mini event) is pure time-filler. I guess this is what happens when EA has a gap in their Tapped Out schedule.
