Not that I was going to get it... but wow, 120 donuts now just for the Devil Flanders skin? That's crazy. Is that the most expensive a stand alone skin has ever sold for?

Those are character collections. A character group is a group of characters that can be sent to certain jobs like "Youngsters", "Adults", etc.
