Realistically if you're just starting out.... your house farm will be multi coloured until you can afford to buy enough of a single type.
I agree - most players seem likely to choose blue or white as their main farm houses, based on collection frequency and available space - however it's also worthwhile to pick up the cheapest houses of all colours, especially when first starting out farming. I have all the houses costing £50K each or less (except brown, which I limited to 12 houses), plus several dozen extra blues and whites, over 150 craftable houses and even acres of lard lads used to fill any spare land; once land becomes scarce the least desirable will go to inventory!
PS. The game also mentions blue house farming in the Murderhorn quest line dialogue!- bluntcardNew Traveler

Here's why I choose blue. You clear it when you get up. Then I do a midday check of my town and clear again and then they are ready to go again just before bed time.
Theoretically that makes sense, and I used to be able to do that, but not anymore.
Yup, it's only twice a day, not three times a day. Oops. Wrong me. Sorry. - I have one little hood in brown and a larger of all colours because it looks like my rl hood :). I collect when I go in game. I gain money slower, but I'm still at 20 million :)
I only buy land as I need it. Also I've collected multipliers when I can and I'm at 436.85% and I have the patience like a cat.
Except when I don't :) - You can paint them whatever color you like. My main concern is how are you going to play tapped out with all those houses on your screen. :p

Oh ok. I though it was a new game or something equally as important."daved7637397;1598267" wrote:

..... :D- barryriddl474Seasoned NewcomerI could be wrong, but technically, I believe the Elf Home yields the most continuous return when size and payout plus bonus are considered. Of course, this is a premium item and may not be currently available or financially an option if donuts are an issue, but still the best house option to farm, IMO. Easy to hide if you don't like the farm look. I snatch a few of these every time they come around.
