What craftable items have a bonus?

You can make an argument about the queen, grand pumpkin, and spooky house "paying out" since they unlock tasks for characters but so far the only items with bonuses are the walls. All of the other items are just decorations or just pay standard rates for houses.

I was thinking of buying a bunch of spooky walls before the vent ends, as the only thing I need to get is UBO, and wouldn't mind adding to my bonus a bit. :)

So what would you do? Would you craft some spooky walls or gold treat bags?

I ve crafted an extra spookie house and going to caft an extra pumkin house after a few more candy cones.
