What happened to the luxury items? Krusty Burger Oil Rig?

They are still there mixed in with all the other stuff - just the subcategory for them has been removed.

EDIT - try looking in the general "buildings" category for the Oil Rig (it's at the far left of the store screen - the icon is the Simpson House). It should be in there. Hope that helps.
