What is the daily grind to get the required prizes in time?

Already up to 3354 gift cards and I do not have 100 friends.

The gift card prizes shouldn't be much of a problem for most people. However, aside from the 5 gift boxes I got when this all started, I've only received 4 of them. (I have about 3400 gift cards, so it's not that I haven't been active.) At the current rate, we'll be lucky to get the first community prize.

how do you guys get so many? i know having friends to visit help i have 32 of them but i cant add more so are there any other ways to get lots or any ways to add more friends?

I would also like to know how it is possible! I have a neighbor who is already over 30,000! A crap load of feeder towns??? I don't know how else that could be possible!

You can progress to the next gift card level by spending donuts. That's how people have so many so fast.
