As long as the chances of 99% of people winning everything if they play non-stop - not the 2% or less odds for items previously.

If you play sporadically, you shouldn't feel ripped off to not get everything (same as with the "accumulated total" prizes). But if you play consistently through the whole event, you should get the rewards eventually. The "max attempts" thing at Easter was a good idea, but was so high that it was pretty much useless.
